Kim has worked across a wide swath of the technology industry for more than 25 years. She has worked as a hardware design engineer on one of the earliest broadband ethernet products, as a manager of several hardware and software teams, as pre and post sales support engineer, as the CEO of a computer game company, and as the VP of Customer Success for a venture-funded financial industry startup. She holds B.E. and M.E. degrees from Dartmouth College.
